Frequently Asked Questions

Please read my FAQs before contacting me!

Feel free to send me a message if your question has not been answered here.

  • Unfortunately, I don’t take custom orders. Please have a look at my page ‘buy reborns’ to find recommendations for artists and places to buy legitimate reborns.

I sell all my dolls through my store on here. Please note, my dolls sell very quickly and so they will often be sold out. Check back often to see what new ones I have for sale!

I regret that I cannot respond to every single message, as I now receive hundreds per day.

  • Yes, this is called a portrait baby!

I don’t take custom orders, but plenty of artists do. I’d suggest joining some Reborn Facebook groups and researching to find an artist who’s artwork you like, then reaching out to them.

Please note, this does NOT include sculpting a baby for you. You will need to find a sculpt that resembles your baby (it can be helpful to ask in Facebook groups for sculpt recommendations based on photos).

  • I sell all my dolls through my store on here. Look at the top of the website, and click on ‘store’. Please note, my dolls sell very quickly and so they will often be sold out. Check back often to see what new ones I have for sale!

I am not able to reserve dolls, as I do not price them until they are completed.

Please don’t message me asking when I will have new dolls for sale, as I now receive hundreds of messages a day, I can’t answer everyone (and I often don’t know the answer to this one!)

  • I would love to respond to every person that reaches out to me, but unfortunately I receive hundreds of messages a day through many platforms, and it is not possible for me to get to everyone. My website has so much information on, and will usually be able to answer all of your questions.

  • No.

  • No.

I recommend some low cost websites such as Paradise Galleries or Ashton Drake. Alternatively, there are reborns to suit most budgets on reborns.com.

  • Still no.

These dolls take me many hours to create, in my limited spare time, plus each doll costs me around £150-200 in materials alone.

I occasionally do giveaways when I hit milestones, but please do not beg for a doll. I have my own struggles and being inundated with very emotional stories is incredibly hard. Please don’t trauma dump on me.

  • If you have bought from a non-legitimate website or been taken advantage of by someone online, you can try speaking to your bank to get the charge cancelled. If you have paid via Paypal, you can contact them for a refund. Make sure to do your research before buying a reborn doll. On my page ‘buying reborns’ I have lots of advice for where to buy legitimate reborns, and how to avoid scams.

  • You will have seen lots of videos of these online, and likely had contact with scammers that have promised you a full body silicone for $100.

Full body silicones cost thousands, and should not be given to children. Most reborn and silicone dolls are not child safe.

If you are looking for affordable, child safe silicone and reborn dolls, go to Paradise Galleries or Ashton Drake dolls.

Alternatively, check out my blog all about silicones.

  • My dolls start at just £20 (for a nubbin!) and go up to around £1000, depending on the doll! I don’t price my dolls until they are complete, but most sell for £500-700.

Check out my store to see what available babies I have. Please note, my reborns sell very quickly, and often I will not have any for sale.

Please don’t message me to ask when I will have more available, or to request a specific doll.

  • I’m based in the UK and I ship internationally. If I haven’t got shipping listed for your location when you go to check out, please message me and I will give you a quote for shipping.
